Metal Heads keep looking at my last.fm page.

ExecutionStyle is taken from the title of a great song by the obscure, lo-fi Wakefield High School hip-hop group H8az Anonamiss (circa 2004-05). It is in no way a representation of my music taste, my style or how I'd like to kill anyone.

Last.fm user Psilocyn checked out my page today. Just by seeing his avatar I knew something was awry. At first I thought it was a picture of rain falling on Stephen Malkmus' face. Then I thought it was SM's piss bouncing off his fans and back into his face. Then for some reason I just hoped it had nothing to do with Donnie Darko. Why I thought that, I don't know. I'm not on trial here, Psilocyn is.



Anyways, the only artists he and I had in common were: Animal Collective, Neutral Milk Hotel, Os Mutantes, The Clash and Sonic Youth. All of which I'm sure he listened to because if you try hard enough, those band names could pass as metal band names. If I could make a hybrid name of any of those bands (and I can and have) the best I could come up with is Sonic Milk (Mutantes hotel a close second).

Subscribing to last.fm has been fun (and a worthwhile donation since last.fm is a great idea). But my goal of finding out if my biggest last.fm crush checks my profile has ultimately failed. Instead metal heads and little brothers are all I get (and occasionally someone from CTU).

Anyways, summer is here and Crustache has slowed down. We're not dead, we're just out living life now that we actually have more than two friends in town. This is probably leaving the adoring and ever growing fan base with less posts. On the bright side, Crustache's enhanced level of debauchery might also lead to what I like to refer to as the perfect storm. drunk posts.
